Up for grabs is a Rolex DateJust in steel and 14kt yellow gold
1630 reference, automatic 36mm DateJust housed into OysterQuartz case from factory.
5.4 mil serial number circa 1978 production
Superb vintage condition watch is in NOS (new old stock) condition. Super sharp lugs and edges, original finish all around, super tight bracelet, very crisp numbers.
Dial is flawless, all lume plots are fully intact with nice orange patina, original date disk, original patina’d hands.
Bezel is in flawless condition, the gold has developed rosy patina from sitting around untouched.
Caseback is in flawless, stamped 1630 inside.
Bracelet is 96673 fully linked, very tight.
No box or papers. No service marks at all on inside of caseback, so I think the watch has never been opened before I got it.
